Charter Money and Committee Meetings
Meeting minutes will be posted 7 days prior to meeting on the website and minutes will be posted 2 days after a meeting occurs with updates. Public comment will occur at the November and March meetings. 8th Grade will be taking a field trip to a hockey game in November and Truist Park in the spring semester. The charter money allocated towards these field trips will help pay for charter buses. |

Discussion: Principal’s Updates Website Audit Principal Garrett stated that there was one audit finding on the website. He corrected the finding by identifying the Governance Officers. Charter Dollars Safety Principal Garrett stated that 3,000 dollars was needed to purchase 8 walkies. Governance approved- Sinon made a motion 1st and Toler 2nd the motion. Beta Club Sinon stated that Beta Club would participate in the state trials and needed 450.00 to register 15 students. Mindy Schwartz made a motion and it was 2nd by Toler and approved by the council. CCRPI Update Principal Garrett share that the results would be posted on Wednesday, November 12th. The school is in a good place when it comes to the 24-25 data. |

Public Comment: Comment was made about Hands on Ridgeview. Total of 54 students participated and it really helped in beautifying the school. Lisa Nash wrote a blurb about the Governance Council and its importance and it will be published in the Panther Tales. Mindy Schwartz asked about the Title 1 status and Mr. Garrett explained that 50% or more of the school must be on free or reduced lunch and we almost lost the status due to an influx of COSA students. We kept the status going into the 26-27 school year as the school is over 50%. |
