Principal's Message

Dear Ridgeview Families: 

It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to the 2026-2027 school year at Ridgeview Charter Middle School!  I am honored to serve such an outstanding community of students, families, teachers, and staff. Together, we will continue building a school culture where every student is challenged to achieve, supported to grow, and inspired to thrive.

At Ridgeview, our mission is centered on three core commitments: academic achievement, culture of inclusion, and a character of confidence.

Academic Achievement: 

Ridgeview has a long-standing tradition of academic achievement, and we remain committed to providing every student with a rigorous, engaging, and inclusive learning experience. Our dedicated teachers collaborate to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with grade-level standards and research-based best practices. We strive to equip students with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and confidence they need to excel in the classroom while encouraging them to discover new interests and pursue their passions.

Culture of Inclusion

We believe that academic success is strengthened when students feel supported emotionally and socially. Every member of our school community deserves to feel valued, respected, and heard. Throughout the school year, we intentionally foster skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, responsible decision-making, empathy, and positive relationship-building. By working together as educators and families, we can help students develop the resilience and character needed to navigate challenges and become compassionate leaders.  

Character of Confidence

A strong sense of connection can make all the difference in a student's middle school experience. At Ridgeview, we encourage every student to become involved in our vibrant school community through music, athletics, robotics, student leadership, clubs, elective courses, and countless opportunities to serve others through everyday acts of kindness. Every student has unique talents and perspectives that enrich our school, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, included, and empowered to contribute.

When academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and a sense of belonging come together, students are prepared not only for success in middle school but also to become thoughtful, responsible citizens who make a positive impact in their communities.
